FAQs - Questions that you may have

Do I need to be on Spotlight to apply?

Yes. We only consider performers who are currently on Spotlight. It’s essential for professional representation and industry access.

What do I need to send for representation?

We want to see where you are right now. You don’t need a studio or professional setup, footage filmed on your phone in a clear, quiet space is fine. Present yourself audition-ready. We want to see you at your best so we can understand how to support and push you forward.

Do you attend showcases or industry events?

Yes. We attend select drama school showcases, industry events, and theatre openings throughout the year to scout and support talent.

Do I need to live in London to be able to audition?

No, but you should be prepared to travel at short notice for auditions. London is a great base for classes and networking, but we work with talent across the UK.

What happens in the meeting with Harper Rowe?

It’s an informal, open chat to see if we’re the right fit for each other. We’ll talk about your goals, experience, and how we can work together strategically.

What happens once I’m signed?

We’ll have an onboarding call to set up your Spotlight profile, headshots, showreel, and casting profiles. Together we’ll create a plan for the year and start putting you forward for suitable auditions.

Would you tell me if I need new headshots?

Yes. We understand headshots are an investment and only recommend updating them when needed. Think of them as your shop window, sometimes a refresh helps you.

Do you accept all ages?

We represent clients aged 18 and above.

How often do you take on new clients?

We take on new clients throughout the year, but only when we have space to give proper attention and support. We focus on quality, not quantity.
